I have personally benefited from the valuable effects of the HCG liquid diet, but there is one important thing to remember as you get ready to start your diet. Realize that to start a successful HCG diet you need to have a plan that includes 2 days of totally gorging on what ever you can get your hands on especially fat foods that are high in calories. I know this goes against any diet you started before but it works and it preps your body to start releasing huge amounts of fat.
As an example, each fat cell holds fat that builds on top of each other until we notice we have gained weight. Our fat cells need to be conditioned to open up and release the stored fat. As we consume more fat during the loading days our cells more willingly release this stored fat. Once this message is received by our brain our cells are now conditioned to automatically release any additional fat taken in by consumption and also release additional stored fat.
During the 1970’s Dr. Simeon created a special formula from HCG. What he created was an HCG formula that helped his patients open their mini storage units and release the fat cells trapped inside. This new breakthrough has been a weight loss success ever since for women and men with every kind of weight problem. Part of the HCG diet plan also includes 2 days of fat loading, binge eating, to overload the body’s fat reserves in preparation to jump start your metabolism. By doing this your body starts to store up more and more fat into the little garages. Your body then reacts by burning as much of the fat intake as possible. Coupled with the pre meal HCG diet liquid drops your body is now in maximum fat burn capacity.
Think of these 2 days of binge eating as a foundation for losing a lot of weight and jumpstarting your HCG liquid diet, your body will be better prepared for the first 7 days of the diet when your calorie intake will drop to a staggering 500 calories a day.
To maximize your fatty food days you can eat anything you like just as long as it is made with a lot of fat. This could include a gallon of full butter chocolate ice cream or 50/50 cream on every bowl of cereal for 2 days. What ever you do just make sure you eat lots of fatty foods. Make sure to get your fill during these 2 days, it will be a few months before you can think about even touching this stuff again. Once you get to that third day you only have 500 calories to eat and that’s not a lot when you have normally eaten 3000 plus calories a day.

Today the HCG diet has the same weight loss benefits; I personally have used the HCG diet liquid and have lost up to 2 pounds per day. The most important thing to remember is to keep on track. Most of the time the food you eat will be simple to prepare and will help you loss the most weight as long as you stick to the only 500 calories per day. One helpful tip is to drink lots of tea in the morning and throughout the day. When I drank tea from morning until 3 PM I was fine but if I drank any tea after 4 PM I usually couldn’t get to sleep at night. Be carful on what type of tea you drink before bed, you might find yourself up all night.
What ever you do for your HCG loading days make sure you get all the fatty food your body can handle. You will notice that you bodies fat cells react better to weight loss and your first week won’t be as hard as some have experienced. Eat only the foods recommended by the HCG diet plan and your will find that the pounds will just fall off. In 30 or 40 days you will have shed enough weight to keep you excited about your new body and looking and feeling great.
